Weaving between pop subgenres Alessi Rose is developing a sound and style all her own. Mixing the dreams and delusions of youth with the sometimes crushing, other times euphoric realities of coming-of-age, the 20-year-old artist is on the precipice of stardom.
Alessi’s journey began by uploading covers on YouTube at 13-years-old. Here, she found her space to unleash her creativity and cement her charm; which was soon discovered by a generation of fans desperate to find a relatable artist with a knack for being authentic and vulnerable.
The unapologetic alt-pop artist released her debut EP ‘rumination as ritual’ on July 3rd which presents a collection of deeply personal and reflective songs; each track a product of Alessi and her lived experiences. These vulnerabilities that Alessi shares in her songwriting are likened to that of Phoebe Bridgers, Olivia Rodrigo and MUNA.
