Introducing… Bry

For many people, their bucket-lists are so ambitious they seem impossible to even fathom in real life, but nothing’s going to stop Bry. His bucket-list includes performing in every country in the world and he’s almost half-way there already.

The Irish singer/songwriter, whose real is name Brian O’Reilly, made his debut on YouTube in 2010 under the guise of BriBry and has since played in 66 countries around the globe. He’s amassed over 365K subscribers, spent two months touring with electropop giants twenty one pilots and is set to achieve even more as he is due to release his latest EP Love Pop Suicide later this year.

Operating without a manager, booking agent, or record label for 3 years, he booked trips overseas, tweeting his intention to be in a certain city at a set time, and then waiting with his guitar in tow to see who might show up. This approach drew 80 people to Central Park in New York and 120 more to Tallinn, Estonia, among others – tangible evidence of a loyal, committed community that was building. This encouraged the singer to book tours of more conventional venues, leading to sell-out tours in Australia, Ireland and the UK in 2013/2014.

In 2015, word-of-mouth recommendation led to Jonny Quinn (Snow Patrol drummer and co-founder of Polar Patrol Publishing) offering Bry a deal, making him the newest addition to the Polar Patrol stable. 13 Artists soon signed up to represent the singer for live bookings and a deal with EMDM Management also followed shortly afterwards.

So far he has released three EPs and a self-titled album, whittling his sound down to heartfelt indie ballads centered around his acoustic guitar and backing band. He’s had remarkable success with such hits as ‘Don’t Go Alone’, ‘Adventure Time’ and ‘Disarm’, which will continue with the release of Love Pop Suicide. So far he has teased four lead singles from the upcoming record, including string-clad minor track ‘Burn’ which was released in August and has already had over 104K views on YouTube.

Following his massive European tour in 2017, Bry has announced that he will return to the UK this October with tickets available here!
