Made up of Thomas Haywood (guitar/vocals), Charlie McGough (bass), and Matthew Neale (drums, backing vocals), The Blinders have hit Manchester’s new music scene hard. With sold out shows at Deaf Institute and touring with the likes of Cabbage and Miles Kane, the post-punk trio from Doncaster have been highly commended by critics from Clash Magazine to The Guardian.
Forming in 2014, they released their debut EP Hidden Horror Dance two years later, which earned them the title of Louder Than War’s new favourite band. Their politically-driven lyrics and scuzzy sounds have struck a wide audience and built them a solid Mancunian fanbase.
They recently announced their first full-length album Columbia, due 21st September 2018, along with the release of their latest single ‘L’Etat C’est Moi’ which you can listen to below!
