Lady Bird

Describing themselves as “riff heavy rock with a sophisticated literary vibe” Lady Bird are Slaves first signing to their label Girl Fight Records. Comprised of Don Lennols (Vocals), Alex Deadman (Guitar) and Joe Walker (Drums), the post-punk newbies released debut EP ‘Social Potions’ on Girl Fight Records last month with the EP’s single ‘Spoons’ receiving spins from both BBC Radio 1 and BBC 6Music. Last year Lady Bird excitingly played support slots with Slaves, Wolf Alice and Black Honey and played alongside fellow newcomers Whenyoung at BBC introducing. Lady Bird will be playing London’s Shacklewell Arms on 4th May and are also supporting Cabbage at Manchester’s ‘Cabbage presents… Glamor at Thee Ritz’ alongside The Blinders, PINS, The Rhythm Method, Witch Fever and Sports Team.
