FREAK

FREAK’s coming of age lyricism confronts his frustration of monotonous day to day society and finding his identity. Fed up with working at his local co-op frontman Connar Ridd took matters into his own hands, producing his debut EP What Happened? single-handedly, impressively garnering plays from Radio 1 and Radio X as well as being featured on NME’s Music of the Day. Since releasing What Happened? FREAK released EP’s I Like To Smile When I’m Sad and No Money No Honey Shit Job Not Funny on Polydor records and have played support slots for Sundara Karma. The Chelmsford natives have also graced the stage at The Great Escape and performed some raucous sets at Reading and Leeds Festivals. After releasing Latest single Everyone’s The Same in January FREAK announced a show at London’s Camden Assembly. You can buy your tickets here.
